Steve Williams, Tiger Woods’ New Zeland caddie is just another person you can add to the list of people who are angry at Tiger Woods. Steve has been bombarded since news broke of Tiger’s cheating, but he was as much in the dark as the rest of us and he went on a New Zealand show called 60 Minutes to say as much:
“It’s been the most difficult time of my life, no two ways about it, because every single person believed that I should know or did know or had something to do with it,” Williams said. “I knew nothing, that’s my answer. I don’t have to clarify or extend that answer, I knew nothing.”
And he assured people that had he known, he wouldn’t have sat on the information:
“If the shoe was on someone else, I would say the same thing. It would be very difficult as a caddie not to know but I’m 100 percent telling you, I did not know, and that’s that,” he said. “I’m a straight-up sort of person. If I had known something was going on, the whistle would have been blown.”
Steve was Tiger’s caddie for over a decade. The two worked extremely close, obviously. Still, I believe Steve. Tiger has proven himself to be somewhat of an expert at deception and it’s a shame that his selfish actions are disturbing so many people’s private lives.
Man, it sucks so bad to be Tiger Woods right now. The CEO of Gatorade told CNN in a statement today, “I can confirm that we no longer see a role for Tiger in our marketing efforts and have ended our relationship.”
Gatorade is the third company to ditch Tiger ever since news broke that he was a freakaleak screwing every young moron in a skirt behind his wife’s back. Gillette and Accenture were the first two companies to decide that the playboy golfer no longer fit their brand image. You know it’s only a matter of time until everyone else who’s still standing behind the golfer follows suit.
Gatorade has not decided to discontinue their relationship with Tiger completely, though. They have said that they will continue to support The Tiger Woods Foundation. Tiger’s people made the following statement about being dumped today, “We have been in discussions with Gatorade, and while we are disappointed they have decided to not continue with Tiger in their marketing plans, we appreciate their continued involvement with Tiger through his foundation.”
Please. Tiger’s lucky that these companies can’t sue him for dragging their name through the mud with his own. He and his people have no right to be disappointed with anything but themselves. True!
Now that he’s finished with sex therapy, Tiger Woods has checked into The Meadows treatment center in Arizona to kick his addiction to painkillers and sleeping pills. The New York Post says
Woods’ drugs of choice are said to be the sleep medication Ambien and painkiller Vicodin.
“In [sex] therapy, Tiger blamed a lot of his cheating behavior on his drug addiction, saying that the drugs were responsible for impairing his judgment,” an anonymous source [said].
The golfer’s lovers have said he enjoyed mixing Ambien and sex to heighten pleasure.
I can barely point the car in the right direction when I’m wacked out on painkillers, much less hit a tiny ball with a little stick and make it land within three feet of a hole 200 yards away from me. The inside of Tiger’s head must look like the goddamn targeting system of a F-14 Tomcat.

Tiger Woods is back in rehab, but this time he’s getting treated for a more traditional addiction: Pills. Yup, turns out that while he was in rehab for sex addiction, Tiger also copped to the fact that he was poppin’ pills, specifically Ambien and Vicodin. Damn. I didn’t realize that Tiger was in to that kind of party.

Tiger said last week in his apology speech (that I thought was a bunch of garbage) that he never used performance-enhancing drugs. In fact, he seemed quite adamant about it. It’s just legalese, if you ask me. Sure, he never took performance-enhancing drugs, but do you think Nike is psyched to back a golfer who pops Vicodin and Ambien for kicks? I mean, prolly not.
You know who needs to disappear? Chris Brown. That fool just cannot help himself. He’s still talking about how the whole “beating up Rihanna” thing was really hard on his reputation and that he’s actually a really nice guy. This morning he did that whole routine for the Mojo in the Morning radio show and he attempted to keep his shit relevant by relating himself to another bro we all hate right now, Tiger Woods.
“I think it’s cool man, I think people always deserve a second chance, and I know if my fans give me a second chance and people give me a second chance..whatever his personal life is and I think this goes for me and him; his personal life is his personal life – like nobody has the right to place judgment or make any judgment on somebody else’s personal life when they’re not directly involved with them—like they might be a fan, or might support what they’re doing but like if he plays golf, like that’s his sport, that’s his hobby, that’s his love, that’s what people love him for. They don’t love him for the other stuff that they talking bout. I think, even with me, like I do music, I sing songs, like I’m an entertainer, I’m a performer, but people make mistakes, I think people have to realize that everybody’s human, and the good thing is if you learn from your mistakes, then, then that’s a part of life, and I think that’s a part of living and learning from mistakes and becoming a better person, and growing from situations, so my hat is off to him—I support him, I hope he gets back on the field and does his thing, cause he is the best at it.”
Me me me me me. Jesus Christ. This guy’s head is so far up his own rectum that he doesn’t even realize what a self-involved moron he sounds like. He needs to be locked away in a closet until he gets the heck over himself. True.
Tiger Woods finally spoke publicly today about the many affairs that surfaced following his Thanksgiving accident. He said (via People Magazine):
“I want to say to each of you simply and directly: I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible, selfish behavior. I know people want to find out how I could be so selfish and so foolish. People want to know how I could have done these things to my wife Elin and to my children. And while I have always tried to be a private person, there are some things I want to say.
Elin and I have started the process of discussing the damage caused by my behavior,My real apology will not come in the form of words, but my behavior over time. We have a lot to discuss. What we say to each other will remain between the two of us.
I had a lot of time to think of what I have done. My failures have made me look at myself in a way I never wanted to before.
The issue involved here was my repeated irresponsible behavior. I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated. What I did is not acceptable – and I am the only person to blame. I stopped living by the core values that I was taught to believe in. I knew my actions were wrong, but I convinced myself that normal rules didn’t apply. Instead, I thought only about myself. I ran straight through the boundaries a married couple should live by. I thought I could get away with whatever I wanted to. I felt that I had worked hard my entire life and deserved to enjoy all the temptations around me.”
And then, in regards to rumors that his wife beat the ever-living shit out of him the night of the accident:
I have a lot to atone for, but there’s one issue I really want to discuss. Some people have speculated that Elin somehow hurt or attacked me on Thanksgiving night. It angers me that people would fabricate a story like that: Elin never hit me that night or any other night. There has never been [any] domestic violence in our marriage. Ever.”
Praising his wife’s “enormous grace and poise,” the embattled athlete said he hoped the media would focus its attention on him and his indiscretions – not his wife or children.
I could really give a shit his stupid sexual “issues.” All I want to know is, how am I gonna get back the 20 minutes of “The Price is Right” I lost to this crap? Huh? The answer is, I can’t! You just stop and think about that, Tiger Woods.
Tiger Woods gave his public apology today (the full 14-minute video is here) and I’m not buying it. After greeting the press, Tiger started with the statement, “I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior I indulged in,” and continued on to give general apology-like statements for cheating on his wife with over fourteen women. It seemed to me that his apology lacked proper emotion considering what he was apologizing for. He hit every point he needed to (selfishness, admitting his unfaithfulness, feeling that he was above the law), but it might as well have been read by a politician. The only part that I did appreciate and believe, is when he asked the paparazzi to please leave his wife and children alone.

Tiger Woods is far from being in the clear with his wife, but I guess that doesn’t mean he can’t hang out at their house. According to sources, Tiger has been spotted by neighbors on the property that he shares with his wife Elin and his two kids.
The insider doesn’t know how long the open-door policy has been in place, but “as of this week,” Woods has been coming and going. No word on whether Elin and the kids were anywhere in the vicinity when he was there.
In fact, the possibly tournament-hungry golf star stopped by earlier Wednesday, before he worked out at a local country club.
Interesting. So what do you think will happen with these two? Their insistence upon making it work seems like they will continue to stay together, but how long will that be able to last? It’s hard enough to gain trust back after cheating on someone once, but Tiger was so much worse than that. Plus, everyone in the world knows what he did, and that can’t be easy for them, either. I’m guessing we’re gong to get word of a divorce by the end of this year…
Nearly three months after the news of his car-accident-turned-whorefest broke, Tiger Woods is finally addressing the incident publicly for the first time. According to TMZ
Tiger Woods will speak publicly at the PGA Tour Headquarters on Friday at 11:00 AM ET.
According to Tiger’s agent, Mark Steinberg, Tiger plans to apologize for his behavior and discuss his plans for the future.
Steinberg said no one will be able to ask questions during the news conference. There is a report out that Tiger will read a prepared statement.
And the following message was posted on Tiger Woods’ official website yesterday:
“While Tiger feels that what happened is fundamentally a matter between him and his wife, he also recognizes that he has hurt and let down a lot of other people who were close to him. He also let down his fans. He wants to begin the process of making amends, and that’s what he’s going to discuss.”
Sorry, but I think it’s too little, too late at this point. Unless he’s planning on pulling down his pants and showing he’s wearing a titanium chastity belt with armored 40H Mortise locks, I doubt anyone’s going to buy what he’s selling.
Even though it’s been reported widely that Tiger Woods is desperate to make it work with Elin after being caught in a cheating scandal, the National Enquirerhas a different story. Of course. According to their new cover, Tiger not only cheated on his wife again while in rehab, but he refused to admit he had a problem. A source with inside scoop from the rehab center gave the Enquirer the following scoop:
“I am NOT a sex addict!”
A hostile Tiger Woods exploded with pent-up rage during sex addiction therapy after weeks of treating the entire program as a big joke, a close source told The Enquirer. He denied he has a problem, says the source, ridiculed fellow patients and refused to cooperate with therapists.
The disgraced golfer treated group therapy with such contempt that he caused one female patient to break down in tears, the source says.
“What a cheat!” blasted the source. “Tiger’s so-called rehabilitation is a joke. He went into rehab as a sex addict, and he’s coming out as one. He has been in complete denial the whole time.
“Tiger isn’t about to change his stripes. As soon as his wife Elin takes her eyes off him, he will be hopping into bed with the first bimbo that catches his eye.”
Tiger’s much-publicized sex therapy was just “a pathetic attempt” to repair his badly tattered image and to save his $105 million-a-year endorsement empire, charges the source.
While I don’t doubt that Tiger Woods will be the way he is for the rest of his life, I wouldn’t believe that he’s behaved this way at rehab either. If there’s one thing we’ve learned about this guy recently is that he puts up a great front, so I’m sure he can make it through some bullshit therapy session without making other people cry.
